 Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to unzip a file without know what it's name is. without having to use the get file list action to get the file first.

say i have a folder /Data and i have 1 zip file that comes in on a weekly basis. Can I use *.zip in the Archive Path: of the unzip files action to unzip that file? without having to get the list of files. basically using a file mask in the archive path.

Re: unzipping without using get files in folder.

Hello Steven!

Triggers would actually help you out.. check out the tutorial video about triggers on youtube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91TAkVezN-o)

In the video there's an example that describes exactly what you want to do.. Once a zip file is added to a folder, it extracts it to the specified folder..

Check it out and let us know if you need any further assistance :)

:)

And I have posted a job in the "Job Gallery" section of the forum that does exactly that so you might want to check it out.
