Is there an easy way to delete a row in excel?

Hi

I have a script which auto populates a spreadsheet every day but I only want the spreadsheet to be 15 rows long so as I need to keep the most up to date data I want to delete the second row (first row being the title row) every day. Does anyone have a quick and easy way to do this?
