Roll your own Addon?

I think I saw this somewhere but what did you guys say about creating our own addon? I would love to put together something for our business partners and creating and using addons are the icing on the cake. Is it possible to create our own? I'm ready!

You can create your own exe files, that you can then call within the Job, and have them configured using the command line arguments! I've created a few of them, let me know if you need any help implementing such a solution. :) Samantha
