Replace Only One Instance of Text

Hi support team. I just want to say congratulations on creating such a great piece of software. 

However, there's one task I'm stuck on--I'm trying to replace just the first instance of a word with another word. However, using the "replace text" function, I seem to only be able to replace all instances of the word. Is there a way to do this, without having to only use keywords with a frequency of 1 in the words to be replaced?
