What would be really nice to have on the download from web action is an option to use a proxy server for the request.

I too would like to see an option to use a proxy server. I'd like to be able to (for example) use a variable to pull in the proxy server info so that I can cycle through them.

This feature is listed to be implemented in WinAutomation v.4.0
