When I try to run an application, even when I use the full path, I'm getting an error that says "API Library Not Found"
I set the working folder and command path to be the same as the launch icon on my desktop has.

Any more information about the specific application that you are trying to run? Also, try running your job from the console window and after it generates the same error, go to "Tools - View Logs" select the error message, copy and paste here the "Additional Data" about the specific error.
