Since I'm not very familiar with the whole "affiliate" concept, can you please explain in more detail what you are trying to do? Also, how will your bots work? Are you using the "Download from Web" action or mouse moves (either coordinate or image based) and keystrokes? Finally, what will the end user of the compiled exe see? 

You can use a Message Box (either a Select from List or a simple Display Message action) to prompt the user to select a specific link or agree to a selection of a link and open it in a browser through the "Run Application" action.
