My issue is i’m running the loop each condition to select data from rows in excel and I cannot get it to stop the looping when it reaches the last row that contains data.

I’ve impletmented the %FirstFreeRow-1% condition but I must be missing something out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi David, I think I know what the issue is here. Please make sure that you do not have any cells that have been used but not containing any data at the moment. What I mean is that you should delete all rows that do not contain any data, to make sure that there’s no formatting in them to make them active. You can check that by displaying the %FirstFreeRow-1% variable in a message box to give you what is considered to be the first free row. If there are other empty rows above the one displayed, make sure you select them, and delete them. When you then run the job again, the job should work as you want it to. PS. even cell formatting (bold weight to fonts, a border formatting, etc) applied to a row will mark the current row as active and therefore as full of data. :) Samantha
