To stop all Jobs from running you can simply use the Global stop Key that can be found and configured when in the Console Window under the Tools Menu, select Options. In the Window that appears you can find the “Stop Jobs with Hotkey” option, which you can either use as it is, or change it to a Hotkey that suits your needs best.

You can also stop all Jobs that are running, by right clicking on WinAutomation icon in the Notification area and selecting the “Stop All Running Jobs” option

Solution:

If the other machine that you want to run WinAutomation on has the software installed, you can simply export the job and import it on the other machine. If this other machine does not have WinAutomation installed, you can simply create an executable file that will run on any machine, by compiling the Job.

To compile a Job, you simply select the job, and click on the “Generate EXE” button found in the WinAutomation Console. A window will appear asking you to further configure your Job before it is compiled.

To Backup the Job’s Database you simply have to select the Manage Jobs Database Option from the WinAutomation Console Window, and click on the Backup Database option. You will then be prompted to select the folder in which you would like to save the backup file within.

How do I attach a Trigger to a Job?

Solution:

There are two ways of attaching a Trigger to a Job. In both cases, you simply have to select the Job within WinAutomation Console, and:

A. either click on the Edit Triggers Button from the Menu Toolbar

B. or right click on the selected job and select the Edit Triggers option.

Once the Triggers Window has opened, you simply click on the Add Trigger option and a list of all the available triggers comes up. You select the Trigger you want to attach to your Job and click ok.

You can attach more than one triggers to a Job.
